Media Inquiries

The Board of Visitors Public Relations Chairman is responsible for working with news media and community organizations to provide information about the organization’s mission and events.

We can provide information regarding our contributions to the community, our long standing events in the Phoenix area, and the philanthropic efforts of the organization.

All news media must request permission through the Public Relations Chairman to conduct interviews with our Flower Girls, their family members or any donors affiliated with our organization and events. This also includes live reporting or photography on site at any BOV event.
